"Mini fridge was frozen. Needs replaced. Could use an upgrade as far as flooring and bathroom. Location was great. Screen door was already torn when we got there, so I hope that don’t try to say anything about that. Otherwise it was very nice. Will go there again. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Stonebrook Resort! Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The real showstopper was the view from our deck—overlooking the peaceful Fall River. The sound of the water combined with the crisp mountain air was incredibly relaxing and exactly what we hoped for on our mini vacation. We also appreciated having our own parking spot right in front of the cottage—it made things so convenient. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and communication from the staff was excellent throughout. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Excellent accommodations and guest service! Provided texts with all the details we needed to find the driveway, our room access details and responded right away to questions about the amenities. The kitchenette had everything which was wonderful for us to have home cooked breakfast /coffee before early days of hiking. The rooms were cozy and comfortable with fireplace , deck, and lodge themed decorations. Clean and quiet for a restful sleep. Staff was friendly. I will be back when the mountains call again!"

"This property is great, especially if you have kids. The pool, game room, free bikes to use, and nightly smores are all fantastic! It's very clean and the staff is helpful and professional. The free Starbucks coffee and water bottle filling station in the lobby are a great added bonus. It's proximity to downtown Estes Park, the Stanley Hotel, and RMNP make it an ideal home base for exploring the area. However, don't waste your money on the breakfast buffet. It's a fine continental breakfast but certainly not worth $18 a person. "
