"What a great place to stay!! Beautiful area and the rooms are condos, so it was like being in a home away from home. The people are super nice as well. And it’s right at Winter Park base so the area is gorgeous! One important thing to keep in mind is that due to the average highs in the lower 70s and low humidity, the units don’t have AC, so if it’s going to be unseasonably warm, that could be an issue for some. "

"We recently stayed at Indian Peaks Resort for 3 days and 2 nights we a family of four (2 adults, a 6 yr old and and infant), and we truly enjoyed our time there! We into town for a wedding and we were so glad we chose this cozy spot to stay. The resort was clean, peacedul and spacious-perfect for our little one to crawl around and explore safely. One of put favorite features was the balcony; it offered a beautiful view and a relaxing space to unwind while the kids played inside. Grocery stores were conveniently close by, and there were also plenty of local activities and sights to explore nearby. This was a wonderfulful home away from home, and we'd definitely stay here again for the next time we're in the area. Highly recommend for families looking for a peaceful getway with the comforts of home! "

"Wonderful properly location wise and love floor to ceiling windows mostly and location. Rooms and amenities are quite dated though, I think though property got fair price-value for the area. I would not pay more than $150 for room there. "
