"Very nice and comfortable room. Big overhead shower, nice and hot. Bed was firm and comfortable. Pillows were fresh and new. Well stocked kitchenette (utensils, microwave, induction stove, pots, pans, mini fridge). Very happy with the easy check in process. It was quiet too, considering the apartments are near a busy road, I slept very well."

The reception service was also below average and did not meet the standard typically associated with the Hyatt name."
