"Great Breakfast, Good sized room"

"The hotel was very pleasant. Check-in was smooth and the room was clean and spacious. However, upon check-in, the television was on with the Langham introduction addressing me as Mr. despite my booking being for a female guest. This was an unacceptable oversight. I lodged a complaint after the second night and the issue was rectified. Apart from the hotel, the pool was underwhelming and was also very crowded. The highlight was the room and the attractive entrance decorated for Easter."

"Lovely clean, homely comfortable 1 bed apartment. Good shower, nice to have balcony space and well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher with powder and liquid supplied. Enjoyed pool with amazing views of Melbourne, parking convenient, chargeable at 20 dollar's per night, walking distance to Woolworths and very convenient for tram. Enjoyed our stay here overall but somethings would make us not want to stay again at this Quest. In all honesty and we rarely leave negative remarks but we felt however this Quest was the least focused than all the others we stayed at during our ten week trip. There is a great coffee machine but regardless if you stay 10 nights or 1 night you only get 2 capsules your entire stay thereafter you pay, may as well book each night individually. You can have unlimited tea bags, instant coffee, laundry and dishwasher detergent but not capsules, so why bother supplying a machine in the apartment, just principle as never had this ever before in a Quest, it felt petty. The electric hob only one ring would work properly and the wifi was not good during our stay. We also asked for a high floor as possible with a city view, we got no view on the first floor, we know not guaranteed but didn’t feel it was personal just told all they had, we booked 6 months before. "

"Pleasant place to stay. The bed was great. Shower was hot. Convenient location. House keeping neglected to refill tea bags, milk & toilet tissue which was annoying. Air conditioning was great to have but noisy. In saying this, we would still be ok with staying there again."

"From the outside this place looks a bit run down but our unit (No 25) appears to have had a recent total renovation which is of a high standard. Can't say they are all the same but this one is very good. The bathroom is excellent. Odd shaped but large shower recess with a strong and well regulated water flow. Queen size bed, with a firm mattress, good AC. Fridge, kettle, cups & mugs. What's wrong? All upstairs and the handrails are too low, might be OK for a kid. There is also quite a lot of noise coming through from adjoining rooms."
