"Olivia on reception was amazing,She fixed me with a de luxe lakeside room at 12 pm ,so I didn’t have to wait until 3pm checking.The Hotel staff are helpful and kind,The location is superb,breakfast was delicious.I slept like a baby."

"This is a great find, well thought out with lots of nice detail and touches such as generous sized towels, nice shower products and comfy mattresses. They even provide hair straighteners. My only small criticism is that the blinds don’t block out much light, and the waterproof mattress cover makes the sheets slide about and come completely off the bed during the night. But overall, really good and recommended."

"I think its very over priced for what it is. Feels like the rooms need an update. There was no dressing table i had to sit on the floor to use the wardrobe mirror. Pillows too soft.
