The hostel was absolutely wonderful. The staff were always helpful and well-presented. It was my first time staying in a hostel, so I was a bit skeptical at first, but the atmosphere was very social and made it easy to meet people. The rooms and bathrooms were also very clean and cleaned daily, which I really appreciated.

The location was excellent, with easy walking access to both the metro station and the city center. The room, bed, bathroom, and toilet were all very clean and hygienic, which made my stay comfortable despite the relatively small size of the facilities. The staff members were consistently friendly and welcoming, and having a 24/7 reception desk was very convenient. The room was nice and spacious. Staff were great all the way throughout. Hostel itself was clean and other guests were respectful around noise - one group needed a quiet word from staff but it was a pleasant exchange and clear the group hadn't realised the lateness of the hour! The neighbourhood is lovely and perfectly situated for access to the centre with a tram/bus stop right outside and the subway a short walk away. excellent service, cleaners replace sheets and towels every day, the whole building was very clean and tidy, comfortable beds, only complaint which is minor is that there was no stove to cook on which makes it not optimal for a budget friendly holiday if you want to save money by cooking at home, aside from this, an excellent hostel for the price!
