"I usually don’t leave reviews, but this stay was disappointing enough that I feel I should. The property was not well maintained at all. The room was very dirty, with worn and stained cushions, and even the toilet seat was broken and dirty curtains. The pool area and restaurant were also not clean — even under the tables looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. One of the biggest issues was the balcony sliding door, which was extremely loud. We were woken up multiple times throughout the night by neighboring guests opening and closing theirs. After two days, we decided to cancel the rest of our stay and move to another hotel. This was very inconvenient and ended up costing us more money. Overall, the experience was far below expectations, and I hope the management takes steps to improve the condition and cleanliness of the property."

"The staff was extremely helpful and nice. They went above and beyond to help us when we needed it. Our room was wonderful and roomy, however I was disappointed and surprised that there was no hair dyer or microwave in the room."
