Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort

"I have been staying at the Sheraton Waikīkī for years and have never been disappointed. This time was a bit different. I was very disappointed that both of your outdoor jacuzzi’s were not working properly. One had no jets that worked ( yes I turned it on) the other one had only one jet that worked. Very disappointed. Also, I don’t know who redid the bathrooms, but the shower head was on the wall facing the shower curtain, absolutely ridiculous, as the floor was covered in water every shower. I have always considered your property top notch but I must say not this visit. $52 a night to park is absurd and the resort fees along with every other little bit you can squeeze out of your guests has left me feeling unsatisfied and not sure if I’ll be choosing your property my next stay."

"We had 3 adults staying there. It was advertised for 3 adults, however, the futon foldout was only big enough for a kid. We took pictures of our adult kids and their heads went over the futon. However. After complaining, the owners dropped off a double/queen blow up mattress, about the 3 day into the stay, meanwhile one of the kids had to move into our room. So, bad news, the room was not set up for 3 adults, but good news after days of complaining, the bed was corrected."
