This hotel had a very nice vibe and lovey atmosphere. The staff were very good and friendly and allowed me to check in early too. The pool area is very nice to chill. Many good restaurants and good shopping mall a few mins walk away. Also the metro is very close a 2 min walk away too. Use exit 4 at the metro for the hotel. They also have a airport shuttle, which unfortunately didn’t pick me up despite them telling they would at 15 past every hour. I wasted 45 mins waiting for it then had to...

Bhavika was so helpful and really looked after us during our stay. Salam from concierge also stood out as he was really helpful and drove us to the airport. Hotel was really clean, room service was always quick and on point. All staff members always greeted us whenever they saw us walking down the corridors. The whole hotel was decorated and made it look really festive. We would highly recommend this hotel to all family and friends.

Our stay in Jumeirah Creekside was fabulous, we stayed in a club room which was very spacious! Very pleased with this hotel.

Easy check in. My partner and I were there for two weeks and we just needed a place to sleep so it was more than perfect and I'm very fussy. Shuttles service to the metro, Dubai mall, kite beach and JBR provided all at certain times with a pick up also excluding JBR. With the metro it's very easy to get anywhere. 2minz walk from hotel and you'll find a papa johns if you don't want to eat at the restaurat, Starbucks and many other restaurants along this road. A fantastic hotel nestled on the border of traditional Dubai and the glitzy new Dubai! Al Satwa and Al Jafliya a few minutes walk one way and Sheikh Zayed Road a few minutes walk the other way! The hotel is about 5-10 minutes walk from Al Jafliya Metro and Bus stand! Jumeirah and Le Mer Beach are about a 5 minute taxi ride away. Picked Raffles based on its reputation, reviews and price, we were not disappointed. The hotel is fantastic,architecture is impressive, very clean and has excellent facilities. The most amazing part of the hotel though is its staff. They made our stay very relaxed, almost like home.

We stayed 10 nights. I must say everything about this hotel was on point. Staff was so friendly and polite. Really enjoyed ourselves.

Stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. Service is excellent from check in, up to housekeeping. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is walking distance to metro station, restaurants, shopping centre and hop on and hop off buses.

The hotel has amazing staff, excellent amenities and the rooms are fantastic! I would highly recommend paying extra for club level where you get breakfast, afternoon tea, and complimentary drinks all included in the price. The only downside is the hotel is far away from the beach but taxis are cheap and easy to get. The mall next to the hotel is excellent too with an amazing light show performed every half hour at night time (we never saw the same show twice and we watched it 3 times).

Excellent staff, who were really friendly and helped us organise things and shift luggage about. Great location close to airport, good stop off for an early flight.
