"I have visited Rixos in 2022 and was so happy with everything. 3 Years later it was completely different story: the rooms were very basic, no robes, flat pillows, towels with small holes. The food varieties went downhill. What was very strange is the amount of "supervising" staff in the main restaurant and still the service was hectic and disappointing.
