However, when I arrived at the location, the desk clerk could not find my reservation and the contact did not respond to calls. No one including the hotel responded to my calls. After spending a frustrating and fruitless 3 hours ,I had to book another hotel. I have returned home and the hotel has not responded to my emails and request for a refund....

House cleaning was definitely not up to standard. They did not was dirty dishes left in the sink, they did not provide water bottles when they cleaned the room.
