"I booked my accommodation a couple of weeks before my trip and received my confirmation and contact's number after my payment was accepted. However, when I arrived at the location, the desk clerk could not find my reservation and the contact did not respond to calls. No one including the hotel responded to my calls. After spending a frustrating and fruitless 3 hours ,I had to book another hotel. I have returned home and the hotel has not responded to my emails and request for a refund....

"The accommodation was lovely. However, the personnel at reception in B2 were awkward and not welcoming. Even at check out they were difficult to read and not friendly, instead they were awkward. House cleaning was definitely not up to standard. They did not was dirty dishes left in the sink, they did not provide water bottles when they cleaned the room.
