"Very clean rooms, and nice staff members. The only thing I didn't like was the empty body shampoo when I was taking a shower the first night, which of course was replaced with a new one the next morning. "

When I arrived I had paid for 2 days already which was how long we were staying but still tried telling me they had to book the 2nd day. I reminded them I paid 2 days up front. Same reservation. I asked for 2 extra pillows and they only brought one. Overall the service side was underwhelming"

"Reserved and paid for a suite to sleep 6. Manager changed reservation to double room to accommodate a church group. NO advance notice. NO COMPENSATION. Family of 3 adults and 3 teenagers given one double room. Offered one person cot that barely fit in the room. RUINED FIRST NIGHT OF VACATION!!!!!"

"Room very clean, beds comfy and specious ! don't buy the snack box motel offers.Barely enough for one person (not enough for 2) one tiny small water, one small bag of popcorn, small juice, one snack bar one small pack of peanuts. Coffee packs in the room (unknown brand!) Not very good Coffee in the lobby was good! Staff was very nice! I would stay there again!"
