All ages can have a great time at these family-friendly properties
Good hotel, close to Taj, friendly and helpful staff, condition was good (not excellent, but above average).
Modern and clean hotel. Quiet when we stayed. Food very good. Staff very kind and attentive.
Our room with view on the Taj was spotlessly clean and very well decked out. Extra nibbles and a small bottle of vino for the executive style. Staff was very kind and helpfull. Totally recommend!
The hotel is nice but a bit tired in places, the staff are friendly but we had booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children and were only allowed one extra bed. After requested a bed finally at 23:30 we got it and had to pay for it too! Not impressed at all and unfortunately means I won’t return
The hotel itself is clean and really looks nice. Staff was tough communication-wise. (Restaurant couldn't put things on our room, for example.) Rooms are nice and big. Pool had no water in it. Wifi access was constantly a problem. It looks nicer than it really was in terms of stay.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff has a lot of attention to detail and very welcoming. I liked the beautiful decor of the lobby area, however the room I received was a bit underwhelming and below my expectations, I would say more like a 4 star room. The hotel does have some great ...
Good facility. Friendly staff Close to attractions.

We stayed in the family room. The bedding was spartan with some old blankets and thin bottom sheets. The shower didn't really produce hot water. There were no windows in the rooms, so they were quite dark and bone-chilling cold in December. We tried the home-cooked meal the first night and it was ...
