"The front desk staff members were pleasant and very helpful. We had to book an additional day separately due to a change in our schedule. The day we checked in, the gentleman at the front desk made sure that we didn’t have to vacate our room and recheck for the following day. The next day, planning a tour of the city, the ladies at the front desk went out of their way to make me a route map to include the sights I wanted to see and explore in the city. I was overwhelmed by their enthusiasm and willingness to help me. The only negative was the overpriced items on the menu at the restaurant. My Asparagus Salad which was described as containing asparagus, radish, red onion and candied pecans had no radish, and some of the asparagus spears were tough and inedible. Quite honestly, it was a meager serving that was in my opinion, overpriced. The 5-stars I gave was solely because of the Front Office Staff, the great room, comfortable bed and spotless linens. The restaurant would get 3 stars. "

"The hotel is great! The rooms are HUGE, beds are so comfy, and the breakfast is great. This is definitely going to be our go to place for when we need to be downtown. The only note of caution is that this is right downtown so definitely be observant while walking around. "
