"The lady at the front desk was so kind, however, I was there for 7 days and never had housekeeping come in. I inquired about it at the Front Desk and she apologized and told me she would have someone come in the next day to clean. Housekeeping never came. I will not return to this property. That is unacceptable. Trash not dumped, no clean towels, bathrooms not cleaned."

"Parking was very reduced, obtaining help was difficult, I reserved with Expedia so Hilton would not help, Expedia was not very helpful either. The sheets and pillow cases were stained. The water from the shower would leak to the carpet. We had a “no smoking” room but it did not matter because the smell of weed came through anyways. One of the Ladies in the kitchen was rude. I do have to say the older lady was very nice. The front desk ladies were also nice and did what they could to help. It was just not a very comfortable stay."
