"The hotel was clean and well maintained. The hotel staff was friendly but left you alone. The on site restaurant is fantastic. The chef really cares about the quality and price of there food. He went out of his way to make sure it was the best. The bar and there staff made you feel very welcome. They treated you like it was your local pub and recommended a lot of great attractions with waking distance. It would be nice if the hotel had a spa like amenity. No hot tub or sauna. Parking was quite expensive and not included. Overall a nice place to for a few days downtown."

"The shuttle was a total nightmare. We’d been flying all day and were absolutely exhausted. She and I exchanged 8 calls and we ended up waiting 1-1/2 hours total before we were picked up. I’d told her our airline and she over and over insisted the shuttle had come and gone 3 times and that we were in the wrong place. But I told her I’d noted other hotel shuttles coming and going but not theirs. She continued to insist we were in the wrong place! She was abrupt and rude from beginning to end. Finally I became very upset and she actually hung up on me! I called back. I then spoke with the driver and told him the airline and terminal. Apparently she’d instructed him to go to the wrong terminal. I never received any apology ((except from the driver). We lost any chance to enjoy our brief stay and it took me a long while to calm down. Let me close this by saying we are a 79 year old couple, I’ve traveled extensively around the world and NEVER experienced such rudeness!"
