My husband owns an HVAC company so he tried adjusting the thermostat but it was not working and he could not turn off the fan, which continued to blow cold air. I called the front desk to see if someone could fix it and was told it was a known problem and the best they could offer was a blanket. I mentioned it again when we checked out but the hotel rep just said the same thing... that it was a known problem. "
