"Very noisy close to the highway"

"Driving through the area and needed to stay overnight to take the Amtrak Auro train the next day. I wanted to see the property in person and the area prior to booking. Location was safe, located by a lot Of food options. Now don’t expect the Ritz Carlton, this hotel serves its purpose clean, comfy bed, safe, nice people working there. I have to say you can tell they pay attention when cleaning rooms extremely clean but of course normal wear and tear. The noise of doors shutting and loud people yes you will hear but for the price, location, cleanliness and safe that’s all that matters. "

"On Monday night March 9 I needed help understanding Uber. I went down to the front desk and ask the desk clerk for help. I really appreciated his help he explain to me how it works where i understood the app. I don't know the name but I wanted to do a shout out to him. My Uber trip was very successful. "

"This hotel is located in a suburb, yet they charge $30/night for self-parking. My keycard did not open the gate as I was told it would, and since the entrance gate was stuck open, others used the same lot for free that I was charged for. Overall, room was updated and clean, but the bathroom fan was quite loud and needs replacement. Staff was polite, but not overly welcoming."
