"Management is very poor and discriminatory. My stay was from 3/9-3/15. First one of the elevators certificate expired on January 14 2026 and the elevator functions very slowly and like it needs to be maintenenced. Also, the first set of stairs by elevator 1 the door on the second floor is splintered and destroyed. Breakfast is supposed to be available from 6:30am-9:30am. My first two days there breakfast was either not available at all or started way after 6:30am. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling because there is no fan in the shower area so the bathroom stays damp all day. The card I used to book the room was denied to purchase water at the front desk. There is a sign that says cash app cards are not allowed but I have a chime card which is not the same thing. Then they told me my card might be fraudulent that is why they cannot accept it. All the while they kept asking for my room number which made me uncomfortable because how would that change anything. Would you then say my stay was invalid even though it was already paid for? You won't let me charge the item to the room. You have an updated POS system but you cannot accept tap pay. It is very clear to me that the manager of this establishment does not know how to manage his POS system or any other part of this hotel. I sent a message above to corporate and they submitted a ticket to the hotel. The next day as I was leaving out the manager was glaring at me. I felt very uncomfortable so I checked out early"

"Used a taxi from BWI- hotel property about 25 minutes from BWI airport. Easy drive a local friend took me back to airport. The rooms are very clean, no strange odor. Comfy bed, shower gel ,lotions and shampoo in shower. King bed room- refrigerator in room. Nice large TV to get am news and weather. The breakfast buffet was nice plenty of items eggs ,sausage links, panckes, French Toast, fruits yogurts , coffee and juice. Peaceful stay staff very friendly and helpful if you' have questions. Book them ! Oh and hotel near a Walgreens "

"We stayed overnight on a Friday and there must have been a party in the area. Lots of noise in the hotel. The walls are very thin and the slamming doors did not help. The hotel itself is very nice."

"I would not stay there again. Upon pulling in the parking lot, the outside looked unkempt. The entry rugs were dirty and faded and there was something slopped on both of them. The young lady who checked us in was kind and friendly. Check in was fast and easy. The carpets in the halls are old and in need of replacement or cleaning. In the room, someone's coffee was splashed and dripping down the wall by the bed...and still there. There were many chips in the paint above the bed. The remote was filthy and the words on the keys were worn off so I had to guess which one was which. The worst part was the SEVERAL black stains on the sheets. The room was not dusty. Looking out the window, I could lots of litter and a dilapidated BBQ grill that are to the left of the main hotel entrance. The same area also had 3 rotting benches and another sitting area for guests. I'm sure not many would partake in this amenity.... The shampoo, conditioner and lotion were probably the cheapest they could buy, compared to other hotels. Breakfast was meager- not nearly as good as other hotels I've stayed at that were similar. The breakfast area was clean and the ladies were attentive to refilling the food. The owner of this particular hotel needs to invest some money into making it a place guests would want to return to again. Attached pictures aren't very good, but give the idea, showing dirty sheets, coffee splashed on the wall and the outside area looking out our room's window."
