"Bujan picked me up at the airport as pre-arranged and transferred me to the hotel. It was a pleasant comfortable journey and Bujan was friendly and hospitable. He proved equally friendly at the hotel checkin and efficiently got me set up in a well appointed spacious room with a nice view of the pool and garden for my short stay. "Overall nice stay. The view on a clear day is beautiful, the breakfast buffet is good, the pool area is lovely, massages were great. Staff is kind - shout out to Nelson who helped me recover my passport lost in a plane. On the downside the steam room and sauna were not working well, we did not get house cleaning on our second day and we did not like that the shower water dripped onto the whole bathroom floor. Just feedback for the team which I’m sure can be remedied. "

"This property was truly wonderful. We stayed there twice and loved it! The rooms were charming and they fit a lot into this hotel - even a pool and gym. Chez Caroline is attached - amazing French food, and they have a restaurant with authentic Nepalese Thali food and entertainment. They helped us with transportation, and everyone was always friendly and helpful. LOVED it. There are also a few stores attached, including cute gift shops, clothing shops, and a place for mani/pedis. We just loved our stay there and highly recommend it."
