"This was my last 2 nights in Nepal, and staying with Mulberry hotel was a treat. I was very well looked after. Breakfast was varied and fresh. Dinner was very delicious. Staffs are so kind and helpful. The front office manager was very professional whilst being kind and paying attention to all the guests. "Where to start, first sink didn't have any water called to get it fixed. Second shower only have very hot or very cold not able to get the perfect temperature, end up taking a cold shower. TV channels were not working had to ask twice to fix it. I am glad I didn't go to breakfast on the first day, The second day the selection they had was really bad, eggs was the most interesting in the menu and guess what they didn't have any asked to make more, manager offered me fried rice. This was at 9am....

"TBH I was expecting nothing much but just a service that a hotels provide but when I reach there the bookings that I made was not available. They just told me while I was checking in. The hotel is not responsible for what they did I had to spend my 2 hours of time there just to sort it out. At last I had to book another hotel and I was about to get charged penalty while I cancel it. It was a terrible and unmanaged service I had ever."

"This is a great hotel at the top of Thamel, close to all of the shops, bars and restaurants. I had a room with a balcony which was nice. There’s a spa with great massages, and a small pool area as well as outside terrace to enjoy food or drinks. Rajila and Vijay were friendly and professional, and looked after me well. This will be my first choice next time I’m in Kathmandu "

"The hotel was located in the touristy area of Thamel, which is a little rough around the edges. The room had cockroaches (I killed 3), the sheets and towels were grey (the cleaning staff used the towels for wiping the floors), the bathroom was dirty (shelf above the sink, tile and toilet), and the sewer smell from the bathroom was unpleasant, however not unbearable.
