"It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. The owner Shalik and his staff are very professional and responsible to all their guest. They will do all possible things to make ur stay memorable. I stayed at the Mt. Everest room which is located at the 5th floor, very quiet and peaceful room. Despite Shalik busy schedule, he will always give u a time if u need something with regards to any advice, planning and budgeting there in kathmandu. "The hotel is an old heritage building so the bathrooms are small but perfectly functional and clean. Our view from both rooms was terrible but that happens and we didn't spend much time in the room so it wasn't the end of the world. Staff made the stay from the cleaning and dining staff to the security they were all amazing. Only issue I had was with the front desk staff, they were aloof and rude. You were made to feel that you weren't good enough to stay there, which was certainly not the behaviour of the rest of the staff. It's a shame that the front-line staff leave a bad taste. "
