"After reading guest reviews on your web site, I selected this hotel but found totally opposite. The room provided to satay me had no tube light, no telephone connection, fan worked only at 5 speed level and water coming from tap was reddish and dirty. "this time I didn’t get good room . My room was full of smoke I ask them to change but they said this is non smoking room house keeping said somebody did smoke and drink just out side the door 7 beer bottle nobody take it which is. "When we arrived theres no room, they sold it to other people, and they choosed another hotel for us to stay, wanted us to pay ourself for the other hotel by canceling the booking by their own without asking us first!!
