Nicest place. The family are very friendly and welcome you with open arms. The place is just 15 min. walking from Lakeside. The only bad experience we've had was the grumpy american that stayed in the room beside us.

A great place to stay. Staff and owners are exceptional. Perfect location everything walkable but also a quiet street. Breakfast is good. Rooms are good, showers good. Not a bad thing to say about the place. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay here, staff were fabulous and the food was delicious. Highly recommend the free yoga at 7am. Pricey hotel but worth it to get a feel for Nepalese culture

Nivas Boutique hotel was the perfect place in Kathmandu to relax after our hiking holiday. The rooms were well appointed, clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoying the wonderful breakfast on the rooftop was great. Being located outside pf Thamel (although not too far) we got to experience another part of Kathmandu. Our flight departed late in the evening and the staff gave us a very late check out which we were very appreciative of. Thank you

We had an great experience with Kasthamandap Boutique hotel. It was our first time in Nepal but Gyanendra and his team always made us feel that it was our home away from home. After our 10 hour flight the team picked us up from the airport to make it fuss free arrival to our hotel making sure we arrived safe and sound in our new city.
