"Excellent staff, good breakfast"

"It was my second time staycation at this hotel where i booked 2 rooms for my family and the experience i had was awful. The ground workers were super friendly and adorable however, receptionist and owners behaviour was like if you want to stay then stay or go away. I did an online booking this time which was quite cheaper than paying at hotel, is that why they disagree to provide a shuttle service to the airport. Not to forget, breakfast was included when i booked it online however they said...

"It's not in the touristy part of town. It will place you in the midst of the locals, and it is a bit dusty and dirty, at times. I've not been to the rest of the city yet. Half the people on the streets will wear a dust mask, maybe a bit less than half. It's from the plethora of dirt roads that can get quite dry and dusty at times. The hotel is across the street from a major temple which I think is a pilgrimage site. Mahade is another name for the Hindu god, Shiva."
