Fah went above and beyond in every way, and the fact that she shared a birthday with Donovan made the experience even more meaningful. She made sure it was celebrated in such a thoughtful, personal way that we’ll never forget. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care really stood out. Sai, the manager, was equally amazing. You can tell how much pride he takes in creating an exceptional guest experience. Everything felt seamless, elevated, and truly special because of his leadership. Together, they created moments that went far beyond what you expect from a luxury stay. We left feeling so well taken care of and already can’t wait to come back."

"We recently spent a few unforgettable days at Conrad Koh Samui in a stunning two-bedroom villa, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away by the warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the staff. The villa itself was exceptional — spacious, beautifully designed, and with breathtaking views that are simply hard to describe. Waking up each morning overlooking the ocean was something truly special. The food throughout our stay was incredible, with every meal beautifully presented and consistently delicious. It really added to the luxury experience. A very special thank you to Bill from the service team, who went above and beyond to help curate and manage our experiences, ensuring everything ran seamlessly. His attention to detail, kindness, and dedication made a huge difference to our stay. Thanks to Bill, we enjoyed unforgettable moments including a fantastic longboat excursion to Pig Island and smooth, stress-free transfers throughout our trip. This was a truly memorable family holiday, and we cannot wait to return. Highly recommend Conrad Koh Samui to anyone looking for world-class service, incredible food, and one of the best views in Thailand."

"We stayed for 13 nights as a family of 5. Hotel was nice and in a very good location. We had a family room which I did feel was too small for 2x adults and 3x children - there was not enough space to hang all our bits up. Hotel needs a bit of decoration, you can see its getting old. Found room to be a little dirty in the toilet/shower area it needs a proper deep clean. Staff by the pool very good - found the staff around the beach bar a bit miserable. Some could do with some training. Breakfast was nice enough to choose from. We did have a lovely holiday but probably wouldn't return here."

"Great location and a well-maintained, clean property. However, the dining experience was disappointing as all restaurants had the same menu, which became repetitive. The resort feels more suited for families with kids rather than couples. Breakfast was average, and the service did not match 5-star standards—staff at live counters asked us to come back instead of serving at the table. The Indian buffet night was below average. Management was missing everywhere including on breakfasts, only servers were doing their best to coordinate and cater."
