"Hotel was great, clean relaxing, nice setting in tree covered property and array of great food available. Good internet across the site and good water pressure in the spatious shower rooms. Regular busses to and from town. One draw back was the noise from the beach bar at night which had no sound barrier protecting the accomodation situated behind it, including our suite. This detracted from what was otherwise a relaxing holiday."

The same person performs the following tasks, the customer service, room service, concierge and others. the staff everywhere is humble and sweat. However the reception staff lack some professionalism and need lots of training. The resort is highly recommended, I will come again for sure."

"This was one of the worst experiences we had with any hotel. First of all, when we arrived it was 110° outside and it was 110° inside, they didn't even bother to turn on the Air conditioner even in the lobby. Rooms were old, things were falling a part. We had only two 2 outlets in our room, one in the bedroom and the other in the bathroom. They left us half used shampoo and body wash bottles. "lovely hotel, stayed there five years ago, still good. Right at the end of the resort but bus stop by hotel into marmaris for 25 turkish lira per person and seem to run every five minutes. Don't get a taxi from Dalaman airport it cost us £60.you can pre book in the uk for around £38. "
