"Most of the staff were amazing and very helpful, friendly and courteous. Certain staff however need to change their attitude to guests. The chefs, front of house and management were fantastic. The food is standard across most of these hotels I believe. It was value for money. The seating for the entertainment in the evening could be improved. "We booked an all inclusive 3 nights at the hotel, the lady at the reception didn't tell us that most facilities were actually closed due to Covid-19. However many other hotels in the area were still running at almost full capacity. Second, the food made us sick and we didnt eat at the included meals. Third, the staff hardly cleaned the rooms. It was disgusting. Finally, we checked out 4 days early because they charged us $100 dollars to clean 2 small bags of laundry."
