"Beautiful Property, daily cleaning and quiet location. Great communication, very helpful which made for a great vacation. About 30 minutes from Patong and about 50 minutes from the airport. Some local shops near by 7-eleven, family mart so good for shopping needs which are walkable. Overall Fantastic property with 6 bedroom. 2 outside the main area, not near the pool (need to go through house or outside main door) which one of them was the 2 single bed - bedroom. "I was very pleased with the property. The size of the rooms and house and pool were larger than I expected. Everything was clean and modern. We enjoyed the house very much. The location is walking distance to the main road where you can find bars, food, markets, and restaurants. We were there 5 days and spent about 1200B for electricity in addition which was not unexpected. The agency was very kind and helpful. Overall I was very happy and would recommend this to anyone who is interested"

"We loved our time at Proud! The apartment was fantastic just as the pictures show. Great communication from the managers. The pool on the roof was incredible and gave us time to relax in peace and quiet. Local shops and brilliant restaurants - We Cafe and Vida Nova for brunch and dinner respectively. Great to have a coffee shop on the ground floor, it doesn’t open until 9am though. We are thinking about coming back on our way up to Phuket airport. Thanks!"

"We stayed in small 2 bedroom unit. Had all we needed including washing machine, dinner setting, cutlery, pots and pans. Pool outside room with small balcony. Booked through TropicLook, was advised we needed to pay electricity, but told agent this was not advised when booked. Told we had a limit of 20KW per day. Stayed 14 days didn't use all power. Also had $130 AUD deposit which was refunded after room checked upon checkout. Room cleaned twice a week. Main bedroom small, not enough room for...
