By far the best place we've stayed at in India! Way above standards - staff is extremely helpful, location is magnificent (exactly like on pictures), and infrastructures clean and brand new!

Clean room, excellent food and helpful and knowledgeable staff. The manager Mr. Yogesh was very kind and remarkable. The staff Arun in the dinning was on top of even the smallest thing. He went above and beyond the call.

Beautifully located in a quiet mountain, rustic location with wonderful views on the Munnar area, this hotel offers spacious and bright rooms with comfortable beds, well equipped bathrooms, helpful and polite staff. An inspiring spot for a day or two. Note you'll require a car/cab to get there.

Lots of miscommunication from bookings person that led to a lot of avoidable stress and triple check if they have availbility during peak times even if Expedia says they have plenty of tents avail. Located in the beginning of the town which makes it a quiter from the hassles of the town traffic. Room we stayed was bit smaller but, neat and clean. Had a nice tea estate view from the window. Staff were curtious. Drawbacks are lack of proper car parking and non-availability of lift. Overall had a good stay.
