"I end up with a 15 hour Miami layover. I needed somewhere cheap, clean and safe to take a much needed rest. B and b was perfect. The room was immaculately clean. The location was safe and the staff was nice. Highly recommend! "

"The staff was great they let us get an early check-in, the room was very clean, the breakfast was so good, the staff was very attentive and the area was very clean the lady that was at the register was very nice! The grounds by the pool are very well kept and beautiful."

"I called for over 30 minutes when I arrived for the shuttle to get us and no one answered. I even called the 800 number and they could not get anyone to answer. Finally got a call back only to be told the shuttle only runs on the hour so we would have to wait another 20 minutes before the shuttle would even leave to head to the airport. We ended up taking a taxi. Then on departure we were told the shuttle will be ready at 7 AM. We arrived at the desk at 6:50 AM. Only to be told the shuttle would be departing at 7:10 AM at 7:20 AM. I went in only to be told that the shuttle driver was still seven minutes away. This is unacceptable. I will not stay at this property again and would like to be reimbursed for my taxi"

"Staff here clearly don’t care about their customers or their brand. Check in was unenthusiastic to say the least. No welcome, no information and completely unhelpful. Same for breakfast, nobody about, staff could not care less!"
