Anika at the front desk was so kind and helpful- she was accommodating and even helped me book a 4:30am taxi to the airport! "Precioso el hotel, y súper agradables todos. Nos recibieron con gusto, y agradecimos el refrigerio que incluyen en la tarde, ya que llegamos cansados y nos quedó muy bien quedarnos en el hotel y poder comer algo con una copa, y luego descansar. Nos dieron indicaciones muy precisas y claras para poder pasear en Florencia. El desayuno muy variado y abundante. La habitación muy linda, con un estilo antiguo y detalles muy cuidados. Nos regalaron un jabón con un aroma delicioso al hacer el check-out. Realmente la pasamos genial. Gracias!"
