Upon our arrival we were warmly greeted, shown a delightful room and coffee was brought up, even though there was coffee making facilities in the room. On the way to our room we were also acknowledged and greeted by a member of staff who as dealing with the laundry. This level of courtesy never diminished throughout our stay. It was very convenient for public transport and in walking distance of many attractions of the city, yet it was in a slightly quieter area of the city. Very comfy, warm, friendly staff "make yourself at home" . Good parking and close to stanstad airport. Would definitely go again. Clean and good facilities available. felt homely rather than typical hotel. helped with our demands for unsociable timings. Room was big and more than enough ample room for ourselves (2 people staying). Would recommend for price and location. Taxis are available too. Just home from Venice & a stay at the Nike Apartment. Sign in is through the Scandinavian Hotel and we were kindly escorted to the property by the receptionist around fifty yards around the corner. The property is perfectly placed for touring the city, located in a very quiet courtyard off a main square. The apartment is small but perfect for what we needed. Impeccably clean. Comfortable bed & nice shower with good water pressure. For what we needed 5* & highly recommended.

The hotel was lovely,clean and very close to all major tourist attraction. The staff was friendly ,professional and efficient. We liked especially the lady who was in charge with the breakfast ,Wede (I hope I did not misspelled her name).She was smiling all the time,kind and professional.Also we like very much the porter who was very helpful and polite. Overall we had a lovely holiday and we definitely recommend this hotel.
