"The elevator wasn’t working the whole time we were there. Asked for an ifon that was never provided. We had to go with luggage the last day from the stairs. 7 floors. At least of they knew that the elevator wasn’t working they could have accommodated us in another floor lower. Not very happy with the stay here "

"The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was very small, barely large enough for the 3 of us. Very small bathroom but I did appreciate the walk-in shower rather than tub. Although the room was clean, The room we stayed in on 5th floor was in dire need of renovation and made us feel like we were staying at a low budget hotel. The breakfast was OK but the only hot food were sausages (but they cut them out on weekends) and warmed boiled eggs which were horribly rubbery and not edible. The croissants are excellent - fresh and warm! It was a short walk to the bus stop so pretty convenient. A little further to the Metro but not too far."

"Clean room, comfortable and well equipped. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Easy access to the center by a direct metro line (line 14, newest of Paris)"

"Room was very very hot (this was second week of April) and AC wasn't working. On the plus side, the staff did provide a fan upon request. Bathrooms are very small. I'd say overall the people working there are great, the facilities not so much."

"Rooms were clean but very small. I was put on the first floor which was very loud at night. Pool was fantastic! Breakfast was ok. Would’ve liked to see more variety. "
