Lobby staff was always helpful. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was good but not refilled when empty even when time was not up. Everything was kept clean and neat everywhere.

Need maintenance

Room is quite old and the curtains are full of stain ( not sure if they are blood or poop) but for sure had been there for long. Broken toilet flash as well as the seat itself. Front desk girls don't seem like they are enjoying their job. Look more like an Ibis then ibis style.

Not recommended. Dirty and poorly managed.

Dirty rooms with clear maintenance issues. Unfriendly staff and terrible management. We don't recommend for families, or anyone for that matter.

The receptionist didn't even say hello upon arrival. The room seems old and musty. The AC has tinfoil in it and is very noisy. The bothroom and ceiling below the AC show mold stains and the floor wasn't clean either.

Absolute Delight!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: #1. EXCELLENT LOCATION - Train from CDG, ez Tram connection, hop off after a few stops, then steps away. #2. COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL STAFF - I travel extensively throughout Europe. IBIS Massena staff is at the top. I have found none better! #3. SANITATION & CLEANLINESS - I am one of the few who still wears a mask everywhere. This hotel meets my high standards for sanitation and cleanliness, and far exceeds what I have experienced in certain family-run Paris hotels over the past 10 years. In my last stay at one of these hotels the policy seems to be - if you complain they fix it, if you don't they won't. Some of these hotels (not all) are actually $50/night hotels but they get away with charging $100/night for location. At IBIS Massena I get a good location (2 metro stops and bus lines) and always a clean well maintained facility. #4. BEST VALUE - There are some nice and more than some, not so nice sole proprietor hotels in Paris with nightly rates equal to and higher than IBIS Massena, before the cost of breakfast. I have spent btw 25 & 30 nights at IBIS Massena in 2022 and will likely spend even more in 2023. #5. AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT - NONE! I am ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED with this hotel and the staff.

L'accueil était courtois, rapide et efficace. En revanche, le lit était dur et très inconfortable. Le petit déjeuner aléatoire... le 1e jour, correct mais une seule machine à boissons chaudes... et le lendemain, rien de rechargé, tout manquait, produits salés, pains et viennoiseries, tasses et couverts... j'ai été contraint de prendre une collation incomplète et insuffisante pour tenir la matinée... le veilleur de nuit était sympathique.

Bom hotel, mas num bairro afastado

O hotel é bom, com boa limpeza, com café da manhã ótimo, banheiro com chuveiro ( sem banheira) e tem um Carrefour Express ao lado. Mas o hotel fica muito longe das atrações, apesar do metrô ficar próximo. Se você quiser ir à Torre Eiffel, são umas 17 paradas. O bairro é residencial e achei um pouco deserto após às 8 h.

Für 2 Personen war das Zimmer praktisch aber dennoch etwas klein. Die Lage war zum ÖPNV gut erreichbar, dennoch benötigte man etwas Fahrzeit ins Zentrum von Paris. Auch beim Frühstücksbuffet hatte man eine gute und ausreichende Auswahl. Gestört hat mich, dass das Badezimmer sehr klein war und man das Fenster nicht tagsüber auf Kippe öffnen konnte. Auch war das Zimmer für 2 Personen für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht passend geeignet - eine Nacht wäre akzeptabel.

Fik det som vi forventede til prisen. Fine små værelser uden luksus men til billlige priser. Dog var personalet til morgenmaden lettere morgensure og det var umuligt at vriste et smil ud af dem. På en ferie kunne det være rart at blive mødt af et personale der ikke vente det hvide ud af øjnene af gæsterne og som måske virkede lidt imødekommende, som personalet i receptionen gjorde.

Le moins bon Ibis Style que nous ayons fait

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel. Les points négatifs : - Le rideau de notre chambre était vraiment sale, et quand on rentre dans la pièce on ne voit que cela. - Les joints de la baignoire étaient également à refaire car très sales. - Le personnel de la nuit était peu aimable. - Il n'y avait pas, comme d'habitude dans les Ibis Style une bouteille d'eau et un petit paquet de bonbon ou gâteau dans la chambre. Les points positifs : - Proche de l'arrêt de tram T3 - La literie était confortable, comme d'habitude dans les Ibis Style. - La salle de petit déjeuner était assez agréable et grande. Nous sommes habitués à cette chaine d'hôtel et celui-ci était décevant comparés aux autres.
