My wife and i love to come to this hotel for a little staycation. But unfortunately, this time was not so relaxing. When my wife and i arrived at the hotel, we were told that both elevators weren't working. Our room was on the forth floor so we had to use the stairs. My wife had spine surgery a few years ago and found it extremely hard to climb all those stairs. She is still in pain from all that 😔.

Hotel is great. Being attached to the casino there's NO parking till late. Thats my only complaint. Terrible for parking.

It would be easier to sleep in a cement mixer than to sleep at this hotel. Every toilet flush in the entire facility is yours to share. The doors closing throughout the night, those are for you too. A high powered generator sound announces itself in 15 minute intervals. If you plan on gambling all night, you won’t need to worry. But if you plan on sleeping at least 3 hours, look elsewhere.

The first night we all had fish and chips and the batter wasn’t cooked inside. I told the waitress but she only took it off my bill and not the rest. The next night we went again and 1 ordered a steak sandwich with mushrooms there was 6 little pieces of steak on a huge bun and you couldn’t even see the mushrooms. The girl asked the waitress to tell the manger that she wasn’t happy but she didn’t want anything else. The waitress preceded to go over and start talking about us to the other waitress and preceded to laugh at us. NOT GOOD.

GREAT VIEWS ON A SUNNY DAY. IT WAS CLOSE TO THE FARMHOUSE BREWERY SO IT WAS A NICE WALK TO OUR EVENT. STAFF SUPER FRIENDLY...EXCEPT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT WHEN THE BATHROOM DOOR LOCKED ITSELF AND I WAS TOLD TO WAIT TILL 8AM FOR MAINTENANCE AND COULD COME DOWNSTAIRS AND USE THE ONE IN THE LOBBY. THAT DID NOT MAKE STAY VERY COMFORTING. SO MAKE SURE YOUR DOOR DOES NOT HIT THE WALL AND BUMP IN THE LOCKER.

The rooms are nice and clean. The staff are amazing! They assisted with any requests we had. Room service was so good. 12 noon check out was a nice bonus.

Property and room was good. Only thing is the water at one point has pressure issues and turned grey/brown for a minute. Little strange- besides that everything was perfect. I appreciated the mouth wash and how tidy my room was after housekeeping came! Front desk was very sweet as well.
