The only problem with my stay last week is that I (and others) stood in line at least 20 minutes to check in because the two check in staff were handling what were clearing complicated situations. The elevators are being overhauled and the wait for an elevator was up to 12 minutes to get from the room to the lobby. we took the service elevators as often as we could.
