“Would recommend to a friend anytime!!”

The hotel was very clean, and we were upgraded to a very spacious junior suite room. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with recommendations for places to go and to eat!!

“Great location and Comfortable rooms!”

Really cute hotel in an excellent location with friendly staff, a starbucks attached and a comfortable room.............ideal for short stay! I wouldn't recommend it for a week but for a long weekend it's ideal as a base to explore the city. The reviews I read made it sound like the rooms were tiny but mine was a nice size and well decorated etc......... I'd def stay there again!

“Great hotel, despite breakfast not included.”

It was great. Perfect location, amazing quality, style and finish of both the room and the rest of 'the hotel. Only one problem was that the window wouldn't close properly and anyway it was single-glazed so a bit of draft and noise was coming in. This didn't affect at all my stay, although maybe it would have if I was more fussy about the noise.

“Slap bang in the heart of the City”

Hotel Diva has a personality of its own and is a great place and location to base your visit to San Francisco. Staff are very helpful and ready to advise on all manners of requests. The rooms are stylish and funky and for business travellers or for those who just have to stay in touch there are several (free) internet access points as well as a business centre.

“Great location”

Very small reception area, meeting rooms scattered over a few floors. Great connecting door to Satrbucks, great location. Smallish rooms but very well done.

“An all-round fun and functional hotel”

Right from approaching the hotel (with its celeb handprints in the pavement), Diva hits you as funky and fun. But it's practical as well: free wireless internet, adjoining Starbucks and great Mexican restaurant (Colibri); good quality toiletries, super-quiet rooms at the back of the hotel, early evening complimentary sake in the lobby, excellent central location. A terrific contrast to the Clift diagonally opposite, too pretentious for its own good, where the rooms are probably four times the price of Diva. Only downside I'd say is that with no ventilation in the tiny bathrooms, there will be mould accumulation in no time. But not yet!

“Good”

Good location, good value for money for San Francisco. Only downside was the very noisy air conditioning/heating unit.
