The property is very spacious. The rooms are very pretty. Lots of good food options. Amazing hospitality. The only problem I faced was the delay in room service and the constant smell of seaweed. Otherwise a perfect place to plan your mexico visit.

The resort is amazing! Well taken care off and the staff was wonderful! Rooms were well maintained and very updated. The only issue we had was making dinner reservations. There's got to be an easier way to reserve a time and place without jumping through hoops.

Went in the off season so the restaurants were kinda hit or miss with their schedules. Food was ok not great. The rooms were very comfortable. We stayed in the standard rooms and they could use some upgrades, our bathroom door was literally falling apart at the joints, the shower drain was so slow it would flood the whole bathroom floor. Wildlife was so friendly from the raccoons coming up to ask for food to the capybaras outside in the garden. We hade a great time.

The disappointment for us was that we could not even go into the ocean or walk on the beach. All the pictures we misleading . The whole beachfront of the property was lined with a continuous wall of seaweed 4 foot high and 5 foot wide. There was an odor. Thank goodness the pools were very nice. We have been to 10 resorts in the Cancun area. The food here was the worst . The Blue Moon and the Burger place were the only good restaurants. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was great.

The hotel is super remote, so it's great, but you're also locked in with whatever tour or taxi service that can be arranged. Food is ok, but the service in the buffet restaurant is slow (like waiting 15 minutes for getting a glass of water). The "booking only" restaurants needs to be booked at 10am sharp, if not, at 10:02 there are no more table available. Room service is a joke. We had to call twice to get the shower fixed as it was clogged. Overall a decent hotel, but understaffed and struggling.

We stayed a week, 2 rooms a family of 6, kids ranging in age from 14-20. The entertainment staff is great. They try to engage the crowd at the pool . The night entertainment was good too with the shows offered nightly . the reservation system is awful. Reservations are only made same day, the food wasn’t great. We only liked the hibachi restaurant. Same food offered every day at the buffet. The grounds are kept clean but we prefer an all inclusive with more nightlife and a variety of food. We will not be returning and have gotten a lot better amenities for the same money at other resorts .

From when we first stepped off of the shuttle the staff were so welcoming and friendly. We loved everything about our stay. We got an upgrade to a lovely oceanview room. Building 17 was perfect. So close to the beach and the pool. We were very happy with all of the restaurants, including the buffet which I could have eaten at for every meal. The French restaurant was our favorite. The evening entertainment was so good every night. I will be honest that the seaweed is pretty bad but it is not just this resort it is everywhere along the coast. It is not the fault of the resort. They do let you know when you are checking in. A great tip I will give everyone is to take a $6/7 Uber to Puerto Morelos. The beach there is so beautiful and it was totally clear of seaweed. It is such a gorgeous little town too. I would highly recommend this resort and would stay there again in a heartbeat.
