"It was too big. It took several days to figure out where everything was. There were like 5 resorts in one. Very, very nice but humongous. "

"There is so much to love about this resort! The grounds are outstanding. The food is way above average. The staff are very friendly. The only complaint I have is that they need to do something about people who will put towels on chairs at the pool and on the beach and never show up all day! They need to go back to issuing just one beach towel per person so that you can't reserve a chair at the beach and then stay up at the pool all day."

"Very nice resort. We loved it a lot. Very nice territory. Setups, clean rooms. Beautiful surroundings. Two breakfast and lunch buffets were excellent!. Dinner restaurants were rather disappointment. We went to all offered restaurants and all of them were medium to low quality. I would suggest to stick to buffets. But overall it was very good experience."

Christian was our server every day at the buffet and remembered our preferences and had them without asking. Armando who barbecued at the pool every day was such a good guy and was such a nice treat at the pool. Jorge was great at the front and helped with transportation anywhere we needed.
