This is a BIG resort. It's also showing its age in some ways. The two of those factors I think are why some reviews are negative. The property is well maintained, and the staff is helpful but spread thin by the size of the resort.

Great staff, unbelievable property on the mountain and the view was beautiful although I would advise to get alot of Baht at the airport as many places dont take credit card but the hotel was the exception. out of 5, easy 4.8.
