Great location, close to everything. Didn’t get to use all the amenities in two night stay. No one helps with bags, or locating your room. No restaurant or room service. Breakfast at coffee club on a limited menu but was very good. Was exactly what we needed

I would not anyone to stay here nothing like pictures and adds don’t know where to start from as soon coming to hotel the stuff don’t speak English can not communicate rude arrogant no smile attitude rooms smelly dirty and to small balcony only one person can fit power plugs and usb plugs on the walls in the room not working leaking aircon no hot water at all old furniture old needs renovation definitely no Buffett in the premises no views at all pretty much the room I stay looking at other rooms rite a cross from my room so no privacy at all they charge extra for visitors doesn’t matter who ever it is 500THB the price I paid my mates got a penthouse around the corner from me with a massive spa in there balcony and mad beauty views double storage room with a kitchen and all clean it’s call The Charm Hotel Resort Phuket

My favorite thing about the property was the location, I was there for 5 nights and it was so nice to be able to go outside and walk the streets to find restaurants and sightsee. The one thing I didn't like is the bathroom was leaking from time to time, the staff was helpful but it didn't stop. the water was such a hassle to get to hot water, sometimes I had to shower in cold water because of how frustrated I got. The room overnight the air would turn off and on, on its own. The sea view room it's not much of a sea view but rather than the street view. The rooftop was undergoing renovation which I didn't know so was disappointed when I headed upstairs. the pool and room looked as advertised.

Staff was nice but rooms smelled like mold. My friends bathroom kept leaking and my room smelled like it hasn’t been used in a very long time. The photos online of the pool relaxing area was different than the picture advertised. It’s located in a good area for food but I wouldn’t stay here again.

I liked the location. The room was way too small. Staff could have been more friendly. My reservations was wrong, the hotel insisted I reserved another date, until I showed them my printed out copy. Then I had to share a double bed with someone, when I ordered 2 beds.

NIce stay on with small view of the water / beach.
I came here as i wanted to be close to the beach. Across the street and down a little close by alley and there. The roof top pool was good and the bar staff were great. There is a second level for more lounging. Note that they do allow smoking on th e roof top (if that is concerning to you), but nothing i found noticable. Suite was smaller with a tiny deck. The room had a little mini fridge and a large shower only. I did have a bit of trouble keeping the temperature consistent. The AC worked great. About 3 blocks to Bangla road and the other way the beach opened up and lots of food / drink options as you kept walking. Yup, id come back.
