Enjoyed our stay. Great options on the buffet breakfast however no gluten free bread or dairy free milk. Room sewage smell continually. Staff very friendly. Beds a little hard. Loved being able to have pool access from room.

Great location. Hotel close to beach and dining options. Some guests rowdy especially at 3am probably best suited for couples only not young families. Staff were lovely and very accomodating.

Property getting a facelift which is much needed. Pool access room very good and modern. Other parts of the hotel need attention. Probably one of the worst breakfasts we have had. Totally catered for the Asian market. As Australians we struggled to find enough to eat for breakfast

Pool access run was good. Property was clean, a little tired in some areas. Breakfast was included, was basic buffet. Room didn't get cleaned until late in the afternoon. On check in, a 3000 baht cash deposit was required. Couldn't find anything on this in our booking paperwork. This was refunded on checkout after the room was checked by staff, meaning we then had 3000 cash leftover and had to convert it at the airport, which was a bit inconvenient. Not sure if I would stay again, for the price we paid could probably get something nicer

Very nice hotel close to the beach and on walking distance from a lot of bars/clubs and shops. There was limited closet space in our room but we used the desk and sofa as additional shelves and that worked out fine for us. One minor point is that the smell of chlorine was pretty present in our room, which did have pool access so that might have been to something we could have expected. Ventilation was however not sufficient to tackle the smell.

1. The noise from the neighboring room was very loud, making it impossible to sleep at night. The room's soundproofing is inadequate. 2. Despite notifying the staff in advance about meal arrangements, there was a lack of coordination among them, causing significant inconvenience.

Really nice hotel set in a good location, we loved our swim up pool room and cannot fault the staff especially Nen and Boy who were so helpful. Housekeeping were amazing too. (Only criticism would be) they need to place hand towels and have a water station in the gym) I did raise this & was told to get a towel from the pool!) your a 5 star hotel (all hotels with guns have towels available normally) also stop using small plastic bottles for shower gel and shampoo- not eco friendly- apart from that excellent.

When booking this room I was under the impression the suite would resemble photos but was told that is a "new" wing of the hotel which was not covered in my booking. There were no photos of the "old" suites online and they smelled like mould and were a dirty.

Great mid-range hotel for the price you pay, quiet rooms from external noise but internal noise was a major issue. The hallways have no carpet or furniture to absorb sound so conversations from other guests bounce around into your room. Not ideal and doesn’t look finished either. Pool is great but happy hour is from 1:00pm to 3:00pm which is normally going out and exploring time for most. Only saw one couple at the pool bar during our week long stay, prices are very expensive. Breakfast buffet was great, starts at 6:30am until 10:30am. Hotel also has many many rules, felt more like a cheap budget hotel rather than something aiming to be slightly upper mid-range.losing a keycard will cost you 200 Baht (we never lost a card) but I’ve never come across another hotel that asks you to pay to replace a plastic RFID key given they are extremely cheap. Would stay elsewhere next time in Patong.

Struttura non adatta né accogliente verso chi ha problemi di motricità. Ho acquistato una camera con accesso diretto alla piscina, ma i gradini erano talmente alti che non sarei potuta uscire. Alla reception Por alzava gli occhi al cielo infastidita. Chiedevo un gradino da aggiungere. Per carità andate altrove.

This hotel & employees exceeded our expectations and more! The staff is so friendly & quick about getting you in & out with assistance. The morning buffet has so many choices! There’s a kids enclosed waterpark right next to the adult pool so family friendly is a plus!!! Hotel is right behind of Bangla Road & 2 streets over from the beach, EVERYTHING is in walking distance & hotel is handicap friendly! You truly get what you pay for AND MORE staying here! We got the family balcony suite & we had an enormous balcony & the views were stunning! Will definitely stay here again! -Las Vegas, Nevada resident

正直にレビューします。ぜひご参考になさってください。 1.接客とてもよかったです。みなさん笑顔で対応してくださいました。 2.日本人スタッフとは出会いませんでしたがみなさん英語対応可能なので問題ありません。 3.最終日の朝、出発が6時で6時30分スタートの朝食が食べられない旨伝えたら、ランチボックスを用意してくれました。 (水1.ミルク1.オレンジジュース1.ヨーグルト1.バナナ1.みかん1.ゆで卵2.クロワッサン1) 4.プールアクセスルームを予約したがめちゃくちゃよかった。部屋は広いしゆっくりできて、部屋から直結な分特別感がある！(料金は正直高い...) 5.シャワー水圧は問題なし！日本人であれば文句なし 6.高級ホテルではない。年季入ってます。土地柄しょうがないでしょうが、壁とか橋とか鉄の部分は剥がれてたりします。 7.ホテルの周りにコスパよいマッサージ、レストラン、たくさんあります。 8.セブンイレブンも近くにあります 9.バングラ通りも徒歩圏内 10.ホテルの出入り口に両替所も2箇所あります。レートはどちらも一緒です 11.ホテルから空港までは早朝グラブで950バーツ (シャトルバスサービスを使うかどうかの参考にしてみてください) そんな感じです！あまり期待しないで泊まればホテルはすごくいいと思いますし、プールアクセスの部屋にしなければ、価格面もコスパよくリゾート気分が味わえるいいホテルです！おすすめですよ！ありがとうございました！
