"I had a nice stay at the Sheraton overall. The hotel was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the amenities met my expectations. The only downside was that it felt a little pricey for what was offered. I did notice some housekeeping issues during my stay. There was dust and debris around the area where I stored my shoes, and I also found a pair of swimming shoes that appeared to have been left behind by a previous guest. This made it seem like the room may not have been cleaned as thoroughly as it should have been before my arrival. Other than that, my experience was positive, and I would consider staying again if the housekeeping standards improved."

"The room was so spacious and beautiful with a great view! The staff was very professional, helpful, and very kind. They give you all the information you would need as well as they text you with daily activities to join if you choose. Absolutely amazing we plan on coming back to stay on our next Disney trip and we plan to recommend to all our friends and family ☺️"

"I really loved the overall stay. The one things that bothered us the most about the stay was the transportation to and from MK and Disney Springs as you are dropped in a different location than the Disney buses. I am not sure how much the hotel saved by doing this, but I would consider changing it. Otherwise some of the breakfast options were more the morning we order from Fuel in the lobby as opposed to ordering breakfast at Beach Club Marketplace and walking over to eat there. The swan paddleboat was only available from 11-5 and that was hard to do with going to the parks. The days we could have got down there in time it rained for a bit. Having bottled water in the room was a great bonus. If you needed more all you had to do was call the front desk or as the maid to leave more."
