"The air conditioner was loud, the iron was old and kept leaking out water, the remote wouldn’t work decent unless you turned it up to at least 55. The telephone didn’t work for me to call the front desk, I had to go into another room that room service was cleaning to call front desk."

"The lay out of this hotel is interesting and nice except when the noise level is high in the middle common area....this was the case when we stayed on the 6th floor even...alot of youth teams staying there and not all were supervised and by 11pm there was still alot of yelling. That and a loud argument which went on for half hour at 1am in our hall way made for short sleep. Breakfast was excellent and room was clean. AC was super efficient and quiet!"

"Day 1 coming out of the elevator, the hallway on the second floor smell like weed(STRONG). Ask for bed sheets and all that because the sofa bed didn’t have anything, they brought some bed sheets(not enough) no pillows. The lady said she was going to bring pillows and never did. Called the front desk a few times with no answer. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Day 2, got ln the elevator to go down and the elevator smell like dog pee really bad odor"

"The room had bugs roaches and gnats rust was around the doors other guests were noisy no drapes lights were shinning in windows no coffee only bagels apples for breakfast toaster wasn't working properly vanity kept holding water wasn't draining shower dripped all night I was so disappointed on my stay I will never stay at Opal again very disheartening."

"The hotel was great. But we had a late flight that didn't get us to the hotel till after midnight. I had asked about a late check out and was told there would be a few and we could only find out the morning of. Which defeated the point. We were getting ready and the housekeeper knocked on the door at 9:30 am to ask if we were leaving. His report told him we had already checked out. So much for a little extra sleep. The breakfast was cold. But at least the coffee was hot. I would stay there again but just not for a late night arrival again."
