“Hotel made the holiday perfect.”

For the price, probably one of the best rooms you can get in Manhattan. Great for families and business. Good location in the centre of Manhattan.

“Pleasant and unobtrusive”

We stayed here May 17th for 5 nights and found everything at the hotel excellent. The staff helped when needed help and were very friendly. The room 1604 was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean and well stocked.

Spent a week at the Hilton Garden Inn in May 2009 with my 2 sons and had an incredible time! Hotel itself was a great place to stay, spacious rooms with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, ironing board and hairdryer. Regularly cleaned. Very helpful and friendly staff - the 2 female bartenders being extremely knowledgable of the area. Its in a good central area with plenty of subways in the immediate vicinity, Empire State Building a couple of blocks away and Times Square about a ten minute walk. Great places to eat and a multitude of "deli's" if you just want a sarnie/wrap etc. Highlights have to be the "Top of the Rock" (Rockefeller Centre)for the most amazing views, the free Staten Island Ferry - delightful, Diamond District for fabulous jewellery, B&H Photo (W.34th St) is the most amazing electronics/photographic store and of course the idyllic Central Park, just tranquil!! Planning my next trip already - Excellent!

Great location, within walking distance of the Empire State, Maddison Square Gardens, Macy's and Times Square. Very helpful and friendly staff. New hotel, in sparkling condition, and pleasant well-appointed rooms. Will definitely stay there agin.

Three of us stayed here for a week, the staff were helpful and plesant. The room was bright, and very comfortable, with plenty of room for us. The business centre had everything we could possibly have needed. The hotel afforded us easy access to New York, everything was a short subway journey, walk or cab ride away. We had breakfast once, and it was grand, if a little pricy. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to new york.

“Well located Hotel”

The Hotel is centrally located with easy access to both rail and underground.Penn station approx 6 mins walk,local metro end of the street.Hotel staff very helpful,room very comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient to take you through to mid afternoon. We were on a low level with some air con noise from adjoining buildings but did not affect quality of the stay.We were offered a room change on arrival but didnt feel it necessary. Free internet use in the lobby was a bonus for keeping in contact through email.The street is quiet at night but no issues. Empire State building round the corner,Time Square 15 mins walk. Overall a well located Hotel, clean and friendly.Will stay there again on the return visit

“Great Hotel, highly recommended”

We were all very pleased with the hotel, great location & we had a great room and considering the location it was a good size. I guess the Hotel could do with a restaurant, but it does server breakfast and just around the corner plenty of places to eat. The business service in the lobby provided free internet connection.

“Lived up to expectations and beyond!”

Selected this hotel based on previous reviews on this site and was pleasantly impressed. Stayed here for a week and will definitely stay here again. Good selection of food at breakfast and even though the hotel did not provide its own food in the restaurant out of breakfast time they were more than helpful by ordering in food for you and allowed you to use their, plates and cutlery. A few more things that make this hotel a must to stay at are: good location, excellent service, free internet access, and very helpful staff.

Hotel was perfect location as we were attending a concert at Madison Square Gardens.Really clean and the most comfortable bed I have slept on!!For the price you cannot go wrong.
