Staff friendly, great location , near shopping areas - Bhandra, near beachfront, good food, 2 restaurants and 1 bar . Great buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as ala carte menus, great room service menu , fast response . Oriental restaurant impressive too. An impressive all rounder . Nice pool too. Definitely 5 stars . Rooms also being refurb to a high standard.

“very impressed and would definitely stay here again”

This was our third visit at this hotel, the last one being 14 years ago and I must say that I was impressed then and was impressed this time. The staff, management were very professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. We were spoilt thoroughly and we can't fault anything. Everybody was helpful and made sure our stay at the hotel was comfortable.

“An excellent hotel in Mumbai”

My wife and I stayed in this Hotel for 3 days and foudn it to be excellent value for money. The service was good, the eating in the dining rooms was first class and the location on the beach for walking was very good. The rooms were spacious and clean with excellent views of teh beach.I would certainly recommend this hotel.

“great if you get a nice room!”

I have stayed at this hotel only three months ago and enjoyed the experience. However, despite speaking to the hotel/duty manager directly to request a certain room, we were given a poor quality room. The management were helpful, but seriously incompetent as they offered me a room in the morning which had mould appearing on most of the walls. This was not acceptable having a young child. In the end I spoke to the hotel general manager who provided a much better room. My opinion is that the hotel initially gives out rooms which are sub-standard to most people. The local population seems to accept this! I also witnessed another tourist complaining in the lobby. Really disappointed this time even though I got a better room.Poor communication and listening skills by duty desk staff!!

“A stopover hotel”

A one night stay, late check-in and early checkout. Very good welcome into the hotel by staff. Smooth check-in for online booking. Taken to room that was pleasing in the sense of functionality but quite dated nowadays. Our room only had view of building across the way. Lobby & restaurant for breakfast was nice but again dating a bit. The hotel location was great if you like Juhu beach and the hustle & bustle that goes with it. A taxi ride from everything else, so no complaints there. Plenty of good eating locations within walking distance. Overall a good basic hotel with a good location but the price of an overnight stay would also get you into a more modern hotel. So not very cheap.

“Really poor service and shoddy rooms”

This is probably the worse hotel I've stayed in and definitely not a 4 star rated one. Rooms are supposed to be available from 12.00 and didn't get one until 15.00 and even then wasn't the room I had booked ( was given a smoking room). The duty managers attitude to this was indifferent and thought a shrug of her shoulders was sufficient. The rooms are poorly maintained with scabby walls and the bar staff weren't exactly friendly. Food is average at best and would suggest you eat else where. Only found the cleaners and the front door man to be friendly and helpful. If you are looking for just a bed to sleep in then it's fine but if you want something more than a hostel equivalent then don't stay here. Be warned its not the best hotel in Mumbai and there are plenty of better ones in the Juhi area.
