My room was extremely outdated and carpet was nasty the cabinets were held by shims the shower was not easy to work for the hot water. the ice machine didn't work. Nothing about the room was like in the pictures

This was certainly the most disturbing room I have ever stayed in. It looked like a SEEDY motel from a movie. Roach on floor in bathroom. Something ungodly on headboard. Peeling plaster walls. Could not get the shower to turn off and no water pressure. It was actually funny how lightly it was coming out of shower head. Just a trickle. Just icky

When taking bath, hot water stopped in the middle and you have to wait for a while to have it continue again, that was very annoying. Hope they can fix the hot water problem soon. The reception is not always in the office and when you call the number on the phone, nobody answered. You have to wait long time for them to show up and then do the check in.

The property was updated, broken shower, broken door and furniture, no electrical outlets working. Dirty and bad order. They have to move us three times,because the rooms were dirty and the shower didn't work. Very bad experience 😞

Booked a 2 queen bed room, got stuck with a 1 king bed room. Management stated happens all the time with Hotel.com reservations, which has never happened before. Night manager stated i can cancel and go somewhere else if i wanted. After that, she discounted me $20.The stay was good, but ill only choice that hotel in a last resort situation.

Be careful! They do Fraudulent Charges!
After a long flight, I finally arrived and checked into the room, but to my surprise, there was no hot water at all to shower, and the heating in the unit was so loud and hardly giving enough warmth. As if that was not enough, after I was able to sleep (not having showers due to the frigid water), suddenly, around 2:00am there was such a raucous and loud talking from the room next door, that felt as if they were talking in MY room! This repeated on the second night as well. After I checked out, the $100 Travelodge had asked would be on hold (with a credit card on file) during check-in, they went ahead and charged me for it! Now, they're it would take 2 weeks to credit me back! I would avoid this place completely!

Our room was #212, The ac unit was missing the front part of the ventilation so we weren’t able to point it on the right direction ( was hiring the bed directly all the time) And then the toilet was making water noises all the time ( all night to be exact ) And believe or not Stop right before 6am. The shower floor what cracks and honestly dint look clean enough. Price was good but I won’t used it again!!!!

The Purpose Was Served
As soon as my sister and I walked into the room, we were quite pleased. It was bright, clean and smelled fresh. The bathroom is another story. It definitely needs an upgrade. The tub was horrific!! Thank God I always travel with flipflops. The tub was faded, I thought it was dirt. After Covid, I travel with cleaning and realized it was not dirt. A very bad plastering job around the tub.

Irresponsables
They cancel my reservation for any reason and didn’t give me my money back. At the time I reserved there were two rooms and paid for it, and when I arrived they just said my reservation was cancel.

It was dirty, blood on the curtains, bathrooms growing black mold, ice machine was disgusting and growing moss underneath.
