“The Park Lane Hotel, London (Sheraton)”

A comfortable hotel with friendly service. Could do with some modernisation in the rooms themselves. Massive bed and largely pretty clean.

“The Park Lanw”

This is by a long way the worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed in, its a joke. Its old and tired and the couldn't spell service. I stinks of paint, everything is 10 years past worn out DO NOT STAY THERE

“A truly awful hotel!”

This hotel is advertised as five stars...which it absolutely is not! I would give it two stars at a push! The rooms are cramped and very shabby. The hotel is in need of a major refurbishment. The shower is in the bath and is not thermostatically controlled. No tea and coffee facilities in the room..the reason I was told, "the rooms are too small for it to be issued as standard", you have to request it. The staff were pleasant to a point, offered no help, only apologies for things that should have been available. For example, I was directed to a coffee shop, owned and attached to the hotel which you had to access from the street, they didn't have facilities in-house, but it was closed on Saturday and Sunday! The whole experience was awful. It ruined my trip to London. Avoid at all costs!
