GREAT LOCATION

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, the location was fantastic, we walked everywhere, it is inbetween Hyde Park and Green Park which is opposite hotel so there was easy access to everywhere. The only downside was the overpriced bar, a cup of tea almost £6 so after that we opted for in room tea making facilities.

Location: Everything is within walking distance if you can walk 1.5 miles, Palace, Parliament, bridges, Harrods, parks, Piccadilly, Soho, the Tube.....
Very helpful staff, room is fine, clean and comfortable, bar is nice, food is not great and the breakfast buffett is very overpriced so I did not eat there. Great little neighborhood behind the hotel. Buckingham Palace is a 5 minute walk through a beautiful park across the street.

Good hotel. Reasonable price for London. Close to tube station and most major attractions. The only let down of the hotel was the unattentive waiting staff at Citrus restaurant.

Cons: Attidutes, service and meeting customer requirement - all failed
Did not get room allocated on booking confirmation. Ended up in smoking room despite request to change. Stunk to high heaven of cigarette smoke. Pointing out room type confirmed in documentation fell on deaf ears. An experience never to be repeated Sheraton or Expedia!!!!!!

Location: Close to Tube Station all Landmarks. Wonderful to run in Green or Hyde Park.

Pls select the room carefully, avoid near the lift

The hotel is located in excellent location. Very near to all the shopping area and sightseeing landmarks. However, we had to change the room twice because of two reason. The heating and electricity was not working on the first chosen room. And the second room we change was next to the lift and it was so noisy, unable to sleep. If not because of its good location, i will not choose this hotel.

A great, reasonably priced (for the location) hotel. It has comfortable rooms and a decent enough gym. The only let down for me is paying for wifi.

Pros: Efficient and courteous.
Cons: I think it presents itself as a corporate hotel and has no pretentions.
Location: For my art gallery and auction house purposes, perfect location.
Was in London for Frieze art fairs at Regents Park and to go to Sotheby's and Christies and art galleries,mso location was excellent. Hotel staff very nice and professional. Classic room was small but had bathtub., which was great.

I had booked an executive room for 3 nights from 18th thru 21st of Sept and paid money in advance. However, I found that there were no tea/ coffee maker ( not provided despite many reminders), no slippers, no iron, no stationery etc. Even after paying close to £300 per night for these rooms, I wasn't provided the basic amenities as mentioned in your web site. I was so disgusted with service that I checked out after 2 nights even though I stood to lose the third night room charges. Certainly no value for money.
