Few days in London
We live in South west and this hotel is very convenient, we just left the motorway in Heathrow and the car stay parked. Nice hotel and superb location. The staff is amazing.

Perfect Heathrow layover hotel!
I had a 17-hour layover at Heathrow and was shocked to discovered that none of the airport lounges are open 24 hours. I assumed that I'd need to dish out at least USD$200 for a decent hotel, and was so pleased when I learned about the Premier Inn. I paid so little for the room that I wasn't expecting much, so I was pleasantly surprised when I got to the hotel and saw that it had a lovely restaurant and was very modern and clean from top to bottom and also felt quite homey. My room was super comfy and QUIET ... I slept like a log. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly too. You can take a Hoppa (Hopper?) bus from the airport for only 4 pounds and it's only a 10-minute drive. This was a convenient and pleasant stay that turned my layover in London into a much-needed respite during my 42-hour journey home from Asia. I will definitely stay here again.

5 minutes from airport comfortable clean safe
Very close to airport requires change of terminals then free bus shuttle to hotel. The airport grand staff provides good direction to the hotel. Staff is very helpful including Patrick and another gentleman at night whose name I can't remember. Since we arrived before check in time at about 8 am every attempt was made to mark us comfortable while writing checked in including stowing our luggage, information on places to see in London and WiFi connections. No where have I seen such willingness and initiative to make guests feel so welcome. The hotel rooms are secure and clean. We even got an adaptor for our Canadian electronics on a deposit from staff. The Costa coffee is within the building so there wasn't much to complain. There is a free bus to the underground on through airport every twenty minutes right outside the hotel so really can't complain. It is about 40 to 45 minutes from Leicester Square so plan accordingly since sightseeing in London pretty much closes around 5 (off season) Great hotel for our stay

A fine hotel with very caring staff from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. The only snag being that the terminal bus did not come at all in order to get to terminal 3. I heard that this had been a recent but regular problem of late. This however was not the fault of the hotel and they were most helpful in ordering a taxi.

Good value at LHR
This hotel is great value for a traveller who needs close proximity to Heathrow Term 5 = not so convenient for the other terminals, There is another Premier Inn farther east on the Bath Rd which is better for Terminals 1-3. Room was clean and comfortable and a great staff. Only draw back - no shuttle service and the paid bus service is erratic and did not come anywhere near on time per their timetable. Allow extra time to get to your terminal.

Best London Layover Experience
We regularly fly through London and have to stay overnight while in transit. This was the best experience yet for an overnight layover. The staff were all nice, friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. We were traveling with a toddler and they were great about accommodating him with a cot and coloring book. We would highly recommend this hotel!

Great Overnight Location near Heathrow Terminal 5
This location was a perfect non-smoking hotel for overnighting near Heathrow Terminal 5; if you don't need to stay near the airport, there is nothing else to recommend the location. But we found the hotel and the service were outstanding; we ate dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed both meals. They have a dinner special which includes starter, entree and dessert; there were many choices for each. The food was good but with the exchange rate I later realized it was a bit pricey. We had gone exploring but did not find anywhere else to eat in the area except McDonalds which was right next door. There is a city bus #423 that will take you for NO CHARGE from Terminal 5 to the "Heathrow Park Thistle Hotel" stop. This is the second stop; tell driver your destination so he doesn't charge you. Watch for White Horse Pub as a marker to know you are getting close. The bus stop is right in front of the Premier Inn and the bus will take you back in the morning. The front desk has a bus schedule for you. Very simple and free option (as opposed to Hoppa Bus). The hotel printed our boarding passes for the next day at no charge. Very friendly staff.

Good quality close to Heathrow
Very handy to Heathrow airport. Modern, clean and comfortable. Excellent location for an overnight stay in readiness for an early flight. Friendly, helpful staff. Restaurant serves a good breakfast buffet, and good food in the evening as well.

Very friendly staff answered all queries promptly. Comfortable room. Convenient restaurant with good choice on menu both for dinner and breakfast. Convenient shuttle to airport terminals. No temporary parking at front door for quick unloading and check in.

Good place for a one night stopover
We needed a hotel near to Heathrow for an early flight out. This hotel fitted the bill very well. It was a 15 minute bus trip from Terminal 1. Room was big, quiet & comfortable. Special offer for dinner included a free breakfast. Very good value and quality. Would stay there again.

Overnight begore a flight
I stayed overnight in order to be close to the LHR before an early morning flight and this hotel worked great. Good restaurant on premises, my room was clean and comfortable, staff helpful. The Hoppa Bus between terminals and hotels worked great. Fair warning to those who are booking from afar and aren't familiar with Heathrow: the terminals are not close to one another. Plan time for travel between terminals. Secondly, be sure and have the address of the hotel on you. There are several properties by this same hotel chain near the airport and one could easily be confused.

No wake up call.
Foe a hotel who is very close to Heathrow, I could not believe that the staff and the manager told me that they did Not provide wake up calls. I also was very disapointed that they did not have safes in the room. Actually, they had safes but they were not functional and the staff was not very accommodating about using the hotel safe. Not recommended!

The staff at the Premier Inn is second to none! From the moment I checked in to dinner in the restaurant and checkout, every staff member I encountered met me with a smile and a greeting. The food in the restaurant (Thyme) as well as the service of the waitstaff is so much more than one expects from what is considered a budget hotel. I would not only refer a friend, but I won't stay anywhere else if the Premier Inn is an available option.

Excellent, value for money, airport hotel
The reasons I choose to stay in this hotel whenever I fly from Heathrow is the condition of the rooms, the comfort of the beds and the excellent service provided in the restaurant, particularly by a lady called Nadia, who is always friendly, polite and personable. It is also extremely good value for money.

The hotel is ideal if you need to be by the airport. A bus is available from the airport to the hotel for free & two shuttles available as well. The staff is great all around.

Overnight stay lost hours!
We arrived late in the evening from Edinburgh for an overnight stay. Booked months in advance. On arrival they could find no trace of our booking. It took them ages... left us sitting till nearly midnight ( nearly 1hr) and no updates on the situation unless we pressed them! Finally, they admitted when questioned that it was their system at fault not Expedia. We were then up at 4:30 for the bus to Terminal 5. We were offered a refund from the night manager for all the delay. Can you let us know how this refund will work? Will it come through to Expedia? Dreadful experience!

We liked the location as there are several good restaurants within walking distance and the McDonalds across the street and the convenience store for cheaper drinks, etc..... Hotel was good about making sure we had a taxi to airport in the morning as we had 6 large bags so not so easy to take hotel hopper for us. We will stay again.

My flight was cancelled and so I needed to book a hotel at the last minute. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. It was only a short stay, so I didn't try the food or facilities, but it's certainly a good place if you need a hotel for the night. While I hate having to pay for internet access, it was comparatively cheap at 3 GBP for 24 hours and it was very fast. There is a shuttle to the hotel which is about one-third the price of a taxi, too.

Premier Inn Terminal 5
This is a very typical Premier Inn. The location is good, and the hotel's facilities are as you would expect of this chain. The hotel is probably one of the closest to Terminal 5 outside the airport perimeter , though getting to and fro is tedious. The so-called shuttle bus only operates half hourly, and I had a very long wait outside the terminal for a bus to take me to the hotel. The single fare is £4.50. and a return is offered for £8. Whilst considerably cheaper than any taxi at Heathrow, these shuttle type buses are FREE at JFK where all the major hotel groups offer their own shuttle buses !

Excellent hotel for Heathrow stopovers
Just the one night between flights which enabled a great night's sleep and a lovely shower. With the single lift our room, which was at the furthest point of the rectangular layout, was at the end of a long corridor.

we only stayed for one night on our way to japan from Heathrow, after a long trip to London Heathrow, we caught a free bus from terminal 5 to the hotel , the hotel was warm and welcoming, the staff were friendly even though we didn't arrive until 9pm and only used the room as a stop over but it was very clean and tidy, breakfast was open from 6am but we had to leave before it opened, we would use this hotel again, the free bus stop is right outside the hotel and it takes you straight to Heathrow terminals

We made the mistake of taking Hotel Hoppa bus instead of local bus.Make sure you are looking for correct Premeir Inn there are Two on the same road!! we went to wrong one and had to pay for taxi to take us to correct one. Take the local 423 bus. It is free, picks you and drops you in front of hotel! Good value for money.

I find this hotel extremely comfortable and easy to get to from Heathrow. Have stayed twice already. It is very reasonably priced. Meals also very reasonably priced. It is my hotel of choice when flying in and out of Heathrow. Apart from being a quality hotel / motel, the customer service is second to none and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Hotel extremely well situated....great price and if you have hand luggage only, a FREE bus ride away from and to T5...Red bus number 423 saves about £8 per person and bus stop is right outside the hotel....Hoppa bus better if you have luggage as this is a normal London Transport bus so not much storage....Hotel has nice restaurant , a costa coffee shop and not bad prices. Will def stay again
